Flood Relief Efforts – Common Grounds Foundation
In the wake of the devastating floods, Common Grounds Foundation has taken the first steps to bring hope to those who lost everything. We managed to set up a few tents to provide shelter, distribute food, supply charpoys for families to sleep on, and even feed some of the livestock struggling for survival.

Yet, what we witnessed on the ground was deeply heartbreaking. Among the victims were many minority families who were left behind, overlooked, and without support. With our limited resources, we could only do so much — and it pained us that we could not reach everyone in need. We also provided fodder for a few animals, but countless more remain tied and starving, waiting for help. For many families, these animals are their only source of livelihood — and losing them means losing their future.
The truth is, what we have done so far is just a drop in the ocean compared to the overwhelming needs of these communities. Thousands still remain without shelter, food, or dignity.
